What is ECON-PANEL®?
ECON-PANEL® is an economical aluminium composite panel designed for general signage, printing, display and fabrication applications. It provides a smooth, lightweight and easy-to-process surface at a competitive price..
What does 0.1–0.21 mm skin mean?
It refers to the thickness of the aluminium skin on each side of the panel. A thicker skin generally provides greater rigidity, durability and resistance to handling damage.
What is ECON-PANEL® suitable for?
ECON-PANEL® is an economical choice for general signage, digital printing, vinyl application, displays, shopfitting and fabrication projects.
Can ECON-PANEL® be used outdoors?
Selected options may be suitable for outdoor signage. Suitability depends on the skin thickness, coating, installation method and expected exposure. Please contact SAS if you are unsure which panel to choose.
Can ECON-PANEL® be cut, routed or folded?
Yes. ECON-PANEL® can be cut, drilled and routed using appropriate ACP fabrication tools. Thicker-skin options are generally better suited to folding and more demanding fabrication.
