How do I know which connector I need?
Match the connector to the LED product type, strip width and number of pins. Single-colour strip lights generally use two-pin connectors, while RGB strip lights require compatible four-pin connectors.
Are LED accessories compatible with every strip or Neon Flex product?
No. Connectors, mounting clips, end caps, channels and controllers vary by product size and system. Check the product dimensions and compatibility before ordering.
Why should I use an aluminium channel with LED strip lighting?
An aluminium channel provides a cleaner installation, helps protect the strip and can improve heat management. A diffuser can also soften the light and reduce the visibility of individual LED points.
