How Panel delivery and pallet requirements determined?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders within the SAS delivery area may be delivered by SAS, while orders outside this area are delivered by a third-party carrier.
Sheet products transported by a third-party carrier or between SAS branches must be secured to a pallet. Some oversized, regional or interstate orders may require a freight or pallet adjustment. If a required pallet has not been included in the order, or if a freight adjustment is necessary, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery arrangements and any additional charge.
If your order requires palletised delivery, please add a pallet to your order before checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the sheets and packaging carefully when your order arrives. Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery record, photographed and reported to SAS immediately. Please retain the packaging while the claim is reviewed. Delayed or undocumented claims may not be accepted by the carrier.
Can I return sheets if I ordered the wrong product?
Please check the product type, colour, finish, thickness, sheet size and quantity carefully before placing your order. Returns for incorrectly ordered products require prior approval from SAS and are subject to the SAS Returns Policy.
Approved products must be unused, unprocessed, undamaged and in resalable condition. Delivery charges, pallet charges and return freight are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. Custom-cut, fabricated, special-order, clearance or discontinued products cannot normally be returned.
